Women’s Retreat: Movement, Art & Nature-Based Practice
I designed and facilitated a week-long retreat experience for women, creating a structured itinerary that integrated movement practices, creative workshops, and nature-based experiences. The retreat brought together a group of approximately 10–30 participants and centered on reconnection—to body, land, and collective presence—through guided movement, art-making, time in natural environments, and ceremonial practices facilitated in collaboration with local practitioners. Activities included ocean-based experiences, hiking and landscape exploration, and somatic and creative sessions held in nature. This work reflects my ability to hold space for groups, design immersive and multi-day programs, and support transformative experiences rooted in embodiment, creativity, and respectful engagement with place.
